After initially having the gearbox on my 1984 Mitsubishi Pajero reconditioned I was somewhat perturbed when about seven weeks later it “blew up”. On delivering the vehicle to you I fully expected the usual litany of reasons why it was the result of neglect or user abuse that one has unfortunately come to associate with the motor vehicle trade.

Instead I received a courteous hearing and a promoted response which explained why the second problem had occurred. I fully accept and can understand that the small defect which was the cause of the second problem is something which was almost impossible to foresee.

I was even more surprised and delighted when without hesitation you accepted full responsibility for rectifying the problem and had my vehicle back to me in record time. As a well known TV advertiser says "Its putting right that counts" and when it really mattered to me you put things right.
